Yes, in many places we still have some empty spots. But even in places where we have no more room, we’re expanding, so write us and we’ll add you to the waiting list.

Yes! Sort of... The vegetable selection is based on the seasons and the farm. We grow many kinds of vegetables, but not everything works, so its difficult to say what we’ll have any given week. That said, we’ll do our best to always have the basics (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, lettuce, etc.), and have lots of rotating vegetables. And once you have tried our box, tell us your likes and dislikes, and we’ll customize your box.

Expect 12-15 different veggies in each basket. Amounts will also change, but we try to err on the side of giving too much, so if you don’t have enough of something, let us know! Also, the lists will be published on the veggie list blog beforehand so you know what to expect.

Let us know, and we’ll work something out. No worries!

Our organic certification is granted by Agrior, one of the standards firms that has been licensed by IFOAM and Israeli’s Ministry of Agriculture. We use growing techniques that are approved by this organization, ensuring that the vegetables are grown free of pesticides, herbicides and people-icides.

We have taken steps to deal with these issues, please talk to 050-4674264 for details.

Yes. We ask that new members sign up for at least four weeks. This helps you get to know the basket well; since the baskets fluctuate from week to week with the field, no particular basket is representative of the service, you really need to see a few to understand the range.

No! Helping out is optional, not mandatory. It is guaranteed to make the vegetables tastier though... And impress your dinner guests (“Oh yeah, I grew this broccoli on my CSA... Why? Where’s your broccoli from?”)!

We love visits from members and non-members, and anyone is welcomed to help out! We do have a volunteer program that includes room and board, but you can also just come out for a day and take home some vegetables at the end! Contact Meirav to come for a visit or find out about times to come lend a hand! Its very satisfying work, give it a try!

We often have paid positions available. Preference is given to those who have helped on the farm, and have experience, in that order. We are quickly growing and will be hiring more soon, so be in touch and let us know if you’d like to learn about opportunities!

Absolutely! We love hosting young people and can make sure that by the end of the visit they have a clear understanding of the difference between organic non-organic produce. We’ll make it fun, educational, and tasty!

Costs are available here. In addition, you can expect a delivery charge, which will change depending on whether we are bringing it directly to you, or to a drop spot where you can pick it up, and possible a deposit for the baskets if we switch from recycled cardboard boxes...

|
|
We accept credit cards, or you can mail in a check. Please don’t pay the drivers... We’ll either mail receipts, or include them with the deliveries..

Add it to the Blog, or email it in! We love to give members ideas of what to do with their produce, and are currently working on the second edition of our cookbook. This one will be completely vegetarian, so send them in!

We try to, but sometimes we have to take from other small, local organic growers if we are short. Feel free to ask about how this works if you have any questions!

He’s single, studying at the Beintchoomi, and likes long walks on the beach. Tips are appreciated, but not expected. Lemonade too.

Ask us! We’re happy to provide members with a few seedlings, and some instruction how to give farming a try in your yard or on that window sill...
